My PROCESS

Future Business Design is not a one-size-fits-all

Organizations operate within interconnected structures, relationships, and behaviors specific to their context. To implement Future Business Design effectively in your context, we work together to find the right leverage points.

The process begins by asking ‘what to do’ through collective sensemaking, grounding the project and any intervention in a shared understanding of reality by analysing the system, its dynamics, and listening deeply to both human and non-human stakeholders.

Based on these insights, we start uncovering ‘how to do it’ by co-creating possible responses and testing them in a light-touch way before moving into full implementation. Co-creation entails working with stakeholders as active contributors from the start – shaping goals, responses and metrics of success together based on real needs and lived experience.
