Future Entrepreneur Game Utrecht
Lotte-Marie BrouwerShare
Yesterday in Utrecht, we played the 𝘍𝘶𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘦 𝘌𝘯𝘵𝘳𝘦𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘯𝘦𝘶𝘳 𝘎𝘢𝘮𝘦 and it sparked some honest and vulnerable conversations.

Together with entrepreneurs from the cultural sector, we explored what it really means to flip the script on “Business as Usual” and step into the role of a Future Entrepreneur: someone who actively serves a future worth living in.
Because let’s be honest, even social enterprises often fall into old patterns:
→ prioritizing shareholder value
→ chasing infinite growth
→ focusing on narrow goals
→ optimizing for short-term efficiency
But what if we did things differently?
What if you could:
• redesign your financial model around sufficiency instead of growth
• reshape your governance structure to increase wellbeing, not shareholder value
• reframe the impact of your products and services through a systems lens
• build operations that prioritize long-term resilience over short-term efficiency
Through 32 practical examples, the game challenges you to reflect honestly: where does your organization stand today and where could you go?
Do you dare to play?
Let me know, I’d love to facilitate a workshop.
